Since 1941, our family has been making quality dairy products, including milk and cheese. We now offer USDA Choice, Prime, and 5 Star Reserve beef - high quality meat raised and sold right on our farm.
Our cows are cared for by our herdsman and his team. They’re milked three times a day: morning, afternoon, and evening.
They live in freestall barns - free to roam around - with access to fresh feed and water 24 hours a day. The stalls are bedded with sand, naturally ventilated and cooled with fans in the summer for increased cow comfort.
Approximately 70 calves are born each month, immediately cared for and moved into special hutches so we can monitor their health and feeding to ensure their best health.
A veterinarian visits weekly to check on cow health and a nutritionist manages their rations to ensure maximum nutrition. Our cows wear ear tags that monitor their feeding, temperature, and activity, similar to a Fitbit.
